Overview

Program summary:

Visit the pyramids of Giza.
Watch the Great Sphinx.
Visit the Egyptian Museum.
Lunch.

Trip program:

The air-conditioned bus will take you from the hotel to the airport. We will fly for an hour to Cairo. The tour guide will be waiting for you to take you to the amazing Giza pyramids in the three plateaus of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure.

There we will explore the Valley Temple of King Khafre and see the Sphinx with a lion's body and a human head, then we will go to a local restaurant for lunch.

Then we will go to the Egyptian Museum in the center of the capital, where it displays a rare collection of more than 250,000 original artifacts dating back to 5,000 years ago, including unique treasures of King Tutankhamun and a group of treasures, gold, jewelry, coffins and many other artifacts that were buried in his tomb for more than 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s.

Then we will go by air-conditioned buses to the airport and back to Hurghada Airport and from there to the hotel.

Timing and duration:

The tour is daily.
The tour is 10 hours.
Pick up time is around 2:30 AM (depending on your hotel location in Hurghada).
Return time is around 21:00 pm (same day).

Trip prices:

$150 per person.
Children from 5 to 12 years old $100.
Children under 5 years old are free.

The best guided tour I've ever done!

I can't say enough good things about this tour - we had an amazing time! Plan to be gone all day, as it's a long but comfortable drive through NV, UT, CO, and. AZ. It was a hot day, but hey, we chose July so that's on us, but the sky was crystal clear, providing us with some magical views of Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon.
